We use only the highest quality materials in the manufacture of our jewelry, and each piece is inspected prior to shipment to ensure its excellence. If ever there is an issue with your jewelry or you require additional services that are not covered by our lifetime warranty, you can mail your jewelry back to our office for evaluation*. We will notify you before performing any service and any applicable charges will be communicated upfront. Free Engraving
We offer free engraving on most of our engagement rings and wedding bands. If engraving is available for your selection, it will be presented as an option during checkout. Personal engravings can be any alpha-numeric combination up to 20 characters in length.
60-Day Free Resizing
At Vrundavan Jewels, all engagement rings and wedding bands, with the exception of eternity bands and alternative metals, can be resized once for free during the initial 60 days after purchase. If you wish to avail yourself of the complimentary resizing service, kindly get in touch with our Customer Service department.
Lifetime Upgrade
Any loose diamond purchased from Vrundavan Jewels can be exchanged at 100% credit for any replacement diamond of at least 2X or greater value. The diamond that is being upgraded must be in original condition and accompanied by the original laboratory grading document.
