How It Works

1. Select the type of jewelry you want to customize.

2. Upload images, reference links, select size, color, and any other preferences. Add your contact information—and you're all set!

3. Your custom jewelry order will be in the process for CAD (Computer-Aided Design) within 48 hours. Please note: You have two business days to cancel for a full refund to your original payment method. After this window, any eligible refunds will be provided as wallet credit.

4. You’ll receive updates via email throughout the process.

5. There’s no upfront payment or additional fee required to use this service. The final cost will be shared with you once the design is confirmed.

6. Returns for Truly Custom Jewelry are accepted within 15 days of shipment. Refunds for returned items will be issued as wallet credit, which does not expire.
