Orders
Orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance. Payment must be authorised and stock available. Orders are only complete when you receive an order confirmation email.
Delivery And Collection
Most products are made-to-order and take 2–3 weeks (bespoke 3–4 weeks). Available Now products deliver within 3–4 days. Items must be collected within 90 days or are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Pricing And Payment
Payments are taken at the time of order. We accept major debit/credit cards and offer flexible finance options via Klarna and V12. Products are not shipped until full payment is received.

Returns & Refunds
- Items must be returned within 30 days, unworn and in pristine condition.
- Engraved, bespoke, and resized items are not eligible for return.
- Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Delivery return costs are the customer’s responsibility unless manufacturing faults exist.
Jewellery Care Plan
Neve Jewels Ltd offers repair and maintenance services under the Jewellery Care Plan. Plans range from £99 to £400 depending on duration. Services include resizing, cleaning, rhodium plating, and clasp replacement.
